Renaissance 3 Architects designed this 148 unit apartment complex for the University of Pittsburgh’s on its main campus. This inviting complex is within walking distance to the UPMC network of hospitals and provides preferred housing to the University‘s Medical Students.

The facility, which is fully accessible, offers the convenience of an urban location, the comfort of a garden-style setting, and the choice of three unique layouts and is home to nearly 200 graduate students.
