Renaissance 3 Architects designed this, LEED-Certified building for Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation to manufacture solid oxide fuel cells.

Siemens is one of only a handful of ‘green’ manufacturing facilities in the United States. LEED Certification for the entire building includes a two-story office; including conference rooms, laboratories, cafeteria, restrooms and other support spaces; and a one story high-bay manufacturing area for a total of 200,000 SF.
