Bidwell Tower

R3A completed the UFAS design comprehensive renovations to the 11-story, 118,000 sq. ft. high rise Bidwell Tower located on the North Side for the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP).
The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, limited site improvements, evaluation and improvements to the mechanical and electrical infrastructure, code and accessibility related evaluation and compliance upgrades, refurbishment of first floor community spaces, reconfiguration of one bedroom living units, and a modernization and refinishing of all apartment units, kitchens and bathrooms.
