Philip Chosky Production Center

The renovation of the historic factory into the Philip Chosky Production Center was an amazing opportunity to address a decaying building. The building’s steel structure provided great bones for a highly reflective thermally efficient roof & membrane. The rest of the building provided plenty of space for wood & metal scene shop and a paint area that allow the assembly and painting of sets for an entire stage that will increase the stage availability for productions, and the ability to rent out the fabrication space to third parties.
