Executive Suite - Two Floors - R3A Architecture

Following a comprehensive 10-floor stacking and feasibility study, our team was selected to design a new executive workplace for the C-suite of a confidential natural gas company. The project transformed two floors into a refined, high-performance environment that balances executive privacy, collaboration, and hospitality while supporting the organization’s evolving workplace strategy.

The workplace features demountable private offices that provide long-term flexibility, a variety of conferencing environments scaled for both formal and informal collaboration, private phone booths for focused conversations, and a hospitality-inspired executive boardroom designed to accommodate leadership meetings and client engagement. Throughout the space, an elevated material palette and carefully curated finishes reinforce the company’s brand identity, incorporating its signature colors in a sophisticated and contemporary way. The result is a flexible executive workplace that reflects the organization’s culture while creating a polished, welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike.

In partnership with a local furniture dealer, our team led the specification and coordination of all furnishings and DIRTT demountable wall systems throughout the executive workplace. We carefully integrated the DIRTT system to provide adaptable, high-performance private offices and meeting environments while supporting the client’s long-term flexibility goals. Our team also curated the complete furniture package, selecting pieces that balanced executive-level sophistication, comfort, and functionality. From workstations and conference settings to hospitality-driven gathering spaces, each element was thoughtfully coordinated to create a cohesive workplace experience aligned with the client’s brand and operational needs.

A centerpiece of the executive suite, the custom-designed boardroom table was developed in close collaboration with the manufacturer to seamlessly integrate advanced technology while maintaining a refined, hospitality-driven aesthetic. Our team coordinated closely with the technology vendor, the client’s technical team, and the general contractor to ensure the successful integration of power, connectivity, audiovisual components, and concealed infrastructure within the table design. Retractable screens are incorporated at the head seats, while integrated microphones and power access are provided throughout the remaining seating positions to support seamless presentations and executive collaboration. The combination of white quartz top and walnut veneer base creates a striking balance of contemporary sophistication and natural warmth, reinforcing the handcrafted quality of the executive environment.
