Campus View Student Housing

R3A Architecture designed multiple phases for this student housing outside of James Madison University. The buildings contain 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartments. Each features 2 different common area flooring options (hardwood vinyl or carpet) and 2 different kitchen layout options (u-shape or galley). Any combination features a full stainless steel appliance line-up (refrigerator, dishwasher, range with a self-cleaning oven, and microwave) and custom kitchen cabinetry. The apartment complex amenities include: 24/7 Fitness Center, Clubhouse, Lounge Space, Full Service Office, Full Model Home, Beach Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, Pool & Jacuzzi, Hammock Lounge, Party Pavilion, Charcoal Grills, and Bike Racks.
