R3A designed this state-of-the-art biology and anatomy teaching labs to accommodate a growing biological sciences department at Penn State New Kensington. The lab seamlessly integrates lab services to the instructors benches and student benches; provides adequate storage for student personal belongings, student equipment, glassware, microscopes, instrumentation, chemicals; “science on display” through new glazing systems along the corridor; maximizes the efficiency of storage; ensures visibility to all workstations from the instruction station.
