East West Gym (Pearl K. Stoner Instructional Complex) Renovation
- Renovation of the West Gym Dance performance studio and renovation of new dance rehearsal spaces and new dressing rooms and green rooms and new mechanical systems and lighting.
- Renovation of the East Gym into a new Black Box theater and inclusion of new back of the house spaces including classrooms and costume shop with new finishes, new mechanical systems and lighting.
- Rear addition was added to East Gym to provide a new elevator to create and accessible route to the building and to the new control room and catwalk access. This also includes upgrades to AV equipment and theatrical systems as well as a new catwalk for Black Box Theater.
- Renovations of the existing building with new finishes, seating, and accessibility upgrades.
