Hotel & Condominiums and Retail

R3A has completed preliminary planning and design for a 9 story build­ing that includes a Hotel, Condominiums and Retail Space. The hotel features 136 beds with standard registration elevator core, lounge, administration and meeting spaces on the first two floors including a 5,000 square foot restaurant on the first level. A separate but connected lobby entrance provides access to the 20 luxury condominiums located on the top two floors. There is also a 9,500 square foot retail space with drive-through capability. There is ample parking to accommodate guests, residents, and customers.
