Willow Hall Student Housing

This project is a new 108-bed, three-story residence hall for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. The first floor consists of 8 student apartments: with 4 beds and 4 apartments with 5 beds. There is a study lounge, a student seating area, a sprinkler equipment room, and an elevator machine room, located in the central core.
The second floor includes 8 student apartments: 4 apartments with 4 beds and 4 apart­ments with 5 beds. The central core contains a Resident Director’s apartment, an exercise room, and a laundry room.
The third floor consists of 8 student apartments: 4 apartments with 4 beds and 4 apart­ments with 5 beds. The central core contains two conference rooms, a storage room, and a mechanical room.
